Gibson's Restaurant #2 is owned by Willhemena Gibson-Lovette and is one of the most popular restaurants on the island and is recognized internationally by her many guests.

Seaside Cafe is another establishment and is run by Marcia Gibson. Marcia is a very gracious host and is one of the island's ambassadors; she's not bad in the kitchen either. Her cuisine is superb.
